Stayed here because it was right by my best friends wedding venue and I was in the wedding. Limited options in the area so the entire wedding party got rooms here. This “resort” is overpriced and definitely not a resort. They look like tiny studio apartments turned hotel rooms. The floors were dirty and the rooms smelled like mildew. Definitely wouldn’t stay here ever again.
Beautiful location right on the lake with an amazing view. Plenty of dining and drink options available in short walking distance. The rooms were spacious and clean with extremely large common areas. This is a great spot and I will look forward to staying here again the next time I am in town.
Would have given it 5 stars but there were a lot of mosquitos in the room. According to housekeeping that is due to the balcony door being opened but the door wasn’t even open. Aside from that, nice hotel, nice pool area. Not much to do around the area though
My wife and I had our wedding here. The view was beautiful but the services at the hotel were horrid. They would not allow us to decorate the night before the wedding. They attempted to kick us out of our rooms. 2 weeks prior we had a late check out approved. The day of the wedding we were badgered by hotel staff to check out. After paying for 2 venues at the hotel and requesting tables and chairs we thought everything would be paid. The day before the wedding we were informed they were charging us for table and chair rentals when it had never been mentioned before. The rooms had mold on the ceiling and around the a/c vents. Our wedding was still special but made very stressful by this incompetent staff and there lack of communication with us.
This is definitely not a resort. One of the worst hotels I've ever been in especially for the price. The whole place smells awful. I opened up the window several times attempting to air it out. The table in our room had mold growing on top. Very disapointed
