My son had his birthday party here. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was clean and they set everything up for us and cleaned everything up when we were done. Everybody had a spectacular time and we will definitely be coming back again. Thank you for making my son's 8th birthday amazing.
Staff was great but bad at managing lanes. We were moved to accommodate a party when we had been bowling for an hour and a half. Disappointing when you bowling with six little ones.
This place sucks I been coming to this place for many years and I get a problem for tonight I went family day so it's $3 for shoes and $1 to play in the lanes. Well first the guy roped me off I paid for 3 pair of shoes and supposed to add up for $9 and I paid for 2 games so equals up to $11. And the front desk charge me $15 that's messed up then I had two other paid $4 more dollars to add for 6 more games to play and then after the 2sd game we played they turn the screen off on us. And the punk ass person was working up front he said we played 10 games which we did not. And riped my group off with cash. I will never come back to this bowling ally and I will be calling the owner for this matter first thing in the am. The dude was very rude to my group I will make sure to people I know that goes up there with there family time to make sure they know what they did to us. And $4 to me is not important but that's not right at all. I will never go back to this place. If I could give this place a star it would be negative 100000000000000
My som goes here for his high school mathes and it is the most atrocious alley we have ever been too. Aside from the fact that the lanes are littered with oil, they do not allow anyone to practice when other lanes do all the time. Very horrible bowling experience. The staff is nice from what i have experienced although, friendly staff will not fix the faults in the lanes. Too much oil and it is ridiculous that our teams are not aloud to practice before they come into the match
